Our system automatically verifies the availability of your ordered items for immediate shipment. In the event that an item is on back-order or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email to discuss alternative arrangements.
For items ready for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and initiate the preparation of your order.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock, and we have processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within three business days from the date of your order.

International Orders: Please note that our products are designed for the Australian market and require a 240V electrical system. While our products are not generally certified for use with other countries' electrical safety standards, they all meet Australian standards.

Damages: Upon receiving your ordered items, carefully inspect the packaging. If any damage is noticed, please make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery altogether.
Should you accept delivery, it is imperative to immediately capture photos of the damaged packaging or products using your smartphone or camera.
