Damaged Items Received
- Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening
- Photograph any damaged products inside
- Email sales@dentureessentials.com.au within 24 hours of receipt with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Detailed description of the damage
- Keep all original packaging materials until your claim is resolved
- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 48 hours
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order
- Email clear photos of the defective/incorrect product and describe the issue
- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 48 hours
Product Returns
- Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact
- Original purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses
Health & Safety
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Used items
- Products not in original condition
- Items with damaged packaging or broken seals

Additional Terms
- All returns must receive prior approval
- Denture Essentials is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time for refunds: 3-5 business days after receipt of returned items
- Items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for refund
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping by emailing sales@dentureessentials.com.au
- As orders are processed and shipped either same day or within one business day of purchase, cancellation requests must be made promptly
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If you no longer want the items after shipping, please follow our standard returns process
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days using the original payment method
